USA Courses Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling up to 15 days before the course
start date:
- 20% will be charged as cancellation fee,
unless the complete fee is used as payment in a
future course (within 12 months of the original
course date, past 12 months this offer will not
honored).
If cancelling within 15 days before the course
start date:
- No refunds will be made, however, funds will
be available to be used as payment in a future
course (within 12 months of the original course
date, past 12 months this offer will not

- REAL Hands-On Courses Cancellation Policy:
Organizing our REAL Hands-On courses involves a
number of logistical factors and costs that need
to be addressed by us (ICAM USA Inc.), the
organizers, with ample time before the actual
dates, we need to implement the following
cancellation policies:
If cancelling up to 45 days before the course
start date:
- 25% of reservation funds will be charged as
cancellation fee.
- Remaining can be refunded or applied to a
future course.
If cancelling up to 30 days before but within 45
days of the course start date:
- 50% of reservation funds will be charged as
cancellation fee.
- Remaining reservation funds will not be
refunded, however, they will be available to be
used as payment in a future course (within 12
months of the original course date, past 12
months this offer will not honored).
If cancelling within 30 days before the course
start date:
- 75% of reservation funds will be charged as
cancellation fee.
- Remaining reservation funds will not be
refunded, however, they will be available to be
used as payment in a future course (within 12
months of the original course date, past 12
months this offer will not honored).
Reservation Funds are defined as 50% of the
total course cost. This can vary from course to
course, the organizers will confirm the defined
amount.
Participants are responsible for travel
arrangements, including travel documentation
such as passports and visas at the time of
making the reservation. The cancellation policy
applies to those cases just as with any other so
proper planning and scheduling are expected. The
organizers will provide documentation as needed
when solicited for consulate affairs regarding
visa paperwork.
One-to-One Training Cancellation Policy:
If cancelling up to 30 days before the training
start date:
- 10% will be charged as cancellation fee.
If cancelling up to 15 days before but within 30
days of the course start date:
- 30% will be charged as cancellation fee.
If cancelling within 15 days before the course
start date:
- No refunds will be made, however, they will be
available to be used as payment in a future
training (within 12 months of the original
course date, past 12 months this offer will not
be honored).
Courses Cancelled by Organizers:
- Full refund of the paid fee will be offered
unless the participant wishes to use this fee
for a future course date. The organizers will
not be responsible for any other expenses.
The organizers can change this cancellation
policy as they see fit without previous warning. |
